Respect for Intellectual Property

Bink Analytics LLC ("Bink DFS") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service if such claims are reported to our designated copyright agent.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content available on or through binkdfs.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notification containing the following information to our designated agent:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on our service.
4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Designated Copyright Agent

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our designated agent containing the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the complainant.

Repeat Infringers

Bink DFS will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to terminate the account of any user who infringes the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

All content on binkdfs.com — including but not limited to projections, algorithms, lineup optimization methods, Bink Scores, Mr. Bink's Picks, user interface designs, and written content — is the original work and intellectual property of Bink Analytics LLC and is protected by United States copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of this content is strictly prohibited.
